"You were wonderful to work with during the lead up, and we were constantly impressed with how much care and attention you dedicated to our event. The food was absolutely incredible and we have had so many compliments on how interesting and delicious it was (including a number of people citing individual menu items in the guest book, when asked for the highlight of their day- apparently the buttermilk chicken was better than watching us say 'I do'?!
