Earlier this year, we were honored to be a part of a very special showcase evening.
Presented by the talented team from Loud Events at the Museum of Brisbane, this larger than life celebration was a complete feast for the senses, and we wanted to share with you our menu from the evening.
Pea, mint & Persian fetta fritter with lamb loin and heirloom beet pickle
Banana and cocoa empanada served with coffee salt
Mini baguette with Char sui pork, Vietnamese salad & pork floss mayo

Patatas abierto with confit fennel, thyme roast pumpkin, shallots & avocado
Asado pork belly with cuttlefish & broad bean salad dressed with mojo sauce
Dark Chocolate clementine leaf, orange blossom ganache filled fig dipped in milk chocolate served with lavender and white chocolate panacotta & raspberry meringue pillows
Guests were also kept refreshingly hydrated throughout the evening with fresh lychee cocktail’s created by the Wine & Dine’m team.
