Set within the industrial surrounds of ‘Shed 27’ in Capalaba, the ‘Canapés in the Shed’ TRACTION Brisbane fundraiser event was a tremendous success.
With over 140 guests attending the event on Thursday 29th October, over $18,000 funds were raised to support these community-based programs, which will have a huge impact.
We were honoured to support and sponsor this inspiring initiative, and just in case you have not heard of TRACTION, their program is focused on helping young people discover, connect and experience their own positive and successful futures. Their programs aim to impart lifelong skills and a sense of pride and achievement to students to set them on a positive future path.
On the evening, some of the canape highlights included our coconut pancake with shredded crab, smoked duck breast with walnut stuffing and house-made naan bread with chicken marinade.
