Front of House Assistant Manager

This opportunity will see you working as an integral part of Brisbane’s premier full-service catering company. As an Assistant Front of House Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of events ranging in size from 10-500pax as well as helping out with admin work in the office. Enjoy working in a wide variety of Brisbane’s best venues, this is a challenging role and no two events are the same.


Job tasks and responsibilities


Provide direct supervision and mentoring to the F&B team to ensure efficient management of each function

Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to deal with clients and staff at all levels

Familiarity & Confidence driving around Brisbane CBD & Suburbs

Create a harmonious team oriented environment with all staff

Organisation & attention to detail

Require drivers licence



Skills and experience

Experience with set up and pack down of weddings / functions and conferences

Enthusiasm in the hospitality industry and interest in expanding your events experience

Strong commitment to customer service and outstanding attention to detail

Proven ability to manage a team of 2-20 staff

Demonstrate strong leadership skills with strong hands-on food & beverage supervision experience in similar roles
