Food & Beverage Attendants
Wine & Dine’m Catering is currently looking for Experienced Wait and Bar staff, with a background in Fine Dining & à la carte to join our exceptional Front of House team.
Wine & Dine’m provides specialised catering to some of Brisbane’s top venues and high end corporate and private events.
Approximately 15-20 hours per week
For the right person, this role has potential for growth within the company in a higher up position.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
- 2 years or more experience in a similar role
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Well presented and well groomed
- Excellent personal hygiene
- Excellent communication skill and fluent in English
- High attention to detail
- Carry 3 or more plates
- Clear minimum of 5 plates ala carte
- Silver service experience
- Tray service of drinks
- Barista trained or coffee experienced.
- General wine knowledge
- Current RSA certification
- Experience with set up and pack down of weddings / functions and conferences
