Only two short weeks ago, over 350 guests from all over Australia made their way to the University of Queensland’s Advanced Engineering Building for a celebration of epic proportions.
When our team is provided a creative license to activate a space, we get excited! Drawing on a range of interactive cuisine stations, food and beverage barsand roaming service, we created a complete culinary experience for all guests.
Throughout the cocktail event, guests were able to construct their own menu by visiting a number of cuisine stations including our USA Station, El Taco Mexican Street Stall, Fresh off the Boat Seafood Station, Roast & Boast Station and of course, the Sweet Spot Dessert Station.
After the successful evening, we were honoured to receive glowing feedback from the AIA National Event Officer;
