On the 15th of September, Wine & Dine’m Catering returned to the beautiful Museum of Brisbane for the opening of their last exhibition of the year, Ink Remix. The exhibition introduces cotemporary art from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong to Australian audiences. Guests enjoyed a range of Asian inspired canapés and refreshments whilst wandering through the exhibition.

The canape menu consisted of:

Compressed melon, bresaola, wasabi crème, micro chive (gf)

Citrus summer fish cake, aromatic papaya salad, yuzu aioli (gf)

Rice cracker puff, samphire salad, pickled ginger & radish (vg/df)

Red curry salmon, bok choy & shallot gow gee dumplings

Mini pork bun, fresh chilli soy, coriander (gf/df)

Sesame rice cake, golden curry beef, white kimchi (gf)
