Riverfire allows us to partner with some of the best suppliers around to showcase our talents and abilities whilst celebrating Brisbane and the events industry. For Wine & Dine’m Catering, this is our chance to highlight the immense talent within our team, not to mention our creative Chef’s.
Menu Inspiration
The Brisbane food scene is evolving rapidly so, our emphasis was on art, taste, texture and service.
Our vision for our guests experience was clear from the start – what we wanted them to see, how they were to feel and consequently, react, so from there, each menu item was created to caress all senses and our end result was imaginative, distinctive and perfectly delicious.
Every signature item had its own personality – Mr. Venison is proud yet shy, so we gave him earthy wood and fur. Quality prawns like to show off, so we gave them gloss black and fire works!
We took the opportunity on the evening to showcase an out-of-the-box presentation style offering theatrics, innovation and something a little confronting – a definite conversation starter!
Queensland Maritime Museum
Offering the finest seats in the house for the renowned fireworks display, the Queensland Maritime Museum is one of the prime venues for Riverfire and the perfect backdrop to create your own unique event space.
Riverfire Highlights
Evidently the fireworks were the main event, although certainly not the only highlight!
The entire evening was sensational, from the styling and hire from Neal’s Event Hire, the ingenious bespoke menu design and presentation by Wine & Dine’m Catering, the colourful lighting and rhythmic soundtrack by Select Audio Visual, to the fun and entertaining slow motion booth by the team at Banana Life.
