All payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Express Catering or any outside party.

Delivery Policy
Express Catering will confirm your order within one business day of you placing it. This confirmation is to confirm that Express Catering has received your order and it will be delivered as per your instruction, Express Catering accepts no liability for incorrect information imputed by you.
Refund & Returns Policy for Merchandise purchased
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery of any product purchased from our website we will give you a 24 hour money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at catering@winendinem.com or call 07 3844 7810 within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
Our refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging. On contacting via email as outlined above we will organize a driver to pick up the products in question at a time of our choosing.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, 24 hours’ notice is required. Full payment will be charged on all orders cancelled on the day of delivery.
Cancellations outside this period incur a 25% fee from the total cost of your order.
