HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE ROLE?
Just over 1 year, however have worked with Wine & Dine’m Catering for 3+ years.
TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOUR ROLE
I develop a team of supervisors and staff with the skills required for the job while logically looking over all events and allocating staff to suit the client and the events requirements.
WHAT DO YOU MOST ENJOY ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Working on events with high detail and service requirements, beautiful food and beverages and being able to pass on knowledge and seeing the staff learn.
WHAT DO YOU MOST ENJOY ABOUT WORKING FOR WINE & DINE’M CATERING?
I am very proud of the brand and how the team works together.
All seafood and venison tenderloin with root vegies and jus.
WHAT FOOD OR MENU HAS MOST IMPRESSED YOU AT WINE & DINE’M CATERING?
There’s been too many! I love the menus that are a little outrageous.
Red wines, spiced rums and martinis.
FAVOURITE PLACE TO GO OUT WITH FRIENDS?
BEST EVENT YOU’VE ATTENDED AND WHY?
My best friend’s wedding – it was a party with friends!
