Working with a great team. Meeting such interesting people everywhere we work. I love the diversity of our events.
WHAT DO YOU MOST ENJOY ABOUT WORKING FOR WINE & DINE’M?
We have a very good team culture. It’s not often that you have the chance to work with such a great team.
Sashimi, sashimi and sashimi!
WHAT FOOD OR MENU HAS MOST IMPRESSED YOU AT WINE & DINE’M?
I always love the bespoke menus that we create for special parties.
Champagne and Lagavulin which is a very peaty scotch from Islay.
FAVOURITE PLACE TO GO OUT WITH FRIENDS?
Our backyard, on the deck cooking on the Weber.
Fäviken in Sweden. I haven’t had the chance to eat there. It is beyond dining. My favourite Australian restaurant is Bennelong in Sydney – faultless, perfect!
BEST EVENT YOU’VE ATTENDED AND WHY?
We have hosted some great events at Baedeker, this is one of Brisbane’s best kept secrets.
IF YOU COULD HAVE DINNER WITH ANYONE, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY?
My family. There is nothing better than eating together and sharing stories from the day.
