Let us introduce you to Liv, our Front of House Manager who is a born and bred Brisbanite, who would happily eat pizza everyday for the rest of her life and also has a secret talent of being able to reshuffle any fridge space to ensure maximum capacity of delicious food.
How many years have you worked at WNDM?
I started in March 2015, making it just over one year.
What line of work where you in before WNDM?
Before I found my home at Wine & Dine’m, I was travelling through Europe & Japan, and have always worked in the wonderful world of hospitality.
What is something no one would know about you?
I was once on a segment of a German dating television program.
Early bird or night owl?
Cat or dog lover?
Dog, for sure.
What is your favourite cuisine?
Anything Italian! I could eat pizza everyday for the rest of my life.
Most memorable event with WNDM?
Most memorable event was Falls Festival down in Byron Bay. It was hardly work when we were lucky enough to score VIP access to the festival.
Any crazy event highlights?
Meeting The Wombats, moving full kitchens during the rain and making cocktails dressed as the team from MythBusters. The best part about external catering is that every day is different.
Fav venue to work at?
Lightspace is always an amazing backdrop to work in.

What inspires you?
Blue sunny days and travelling to different countries.
