Onsite Event Manager
Our Onsite Event Managers make every detail of a client’s event come to life & are the glue that hold our front of house teams together.
Overview of Role Duties & Requirements:
- Ensure Events Run to Schedule
- Motivate & Lead a Team, while Improving Personal Development
- Facilitating Set-Up & Pack Down Procedures
- Loading, Unloading & Driving Trucks from our Depot
- Communicate with Clients, Guests & Staff
- Independant & Adaptive Decision Making
- Enforce Safe Food Handling Procedures
- Enforce Company Health, Safety and Security Procedures
- Write Reports at the Conclusion of Events using Critical Thinking

Essential Skills & Experience
- Australian Open Drivers Licence
- 2 Year minimum experience in a similar role around high-end dining restaurants, hotels, functions or events
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- A passion for great food, wine and beer is essential!
- Provide food and beverage service to different styles of event e.g., Carry min 3 plates for dining events
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Comfortability in high pressure events, always thinking forward
- Prior food hygiene training and/or accreditation is highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal skills, being able to deal with clients and staff across all levels and demographics
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Flexible approach and attitude
- Hardworking, physically fit and reliable – There is a lot of hands-on work
- Immaculate personal presentation
