We are proud to support the COVID-19 response by launching the business-community initiative, Superfood for Superheroes, in partnership with Super Advice Australia, in which we deliver gourmet meals to essential workers in healthcare, aged care and education across South East Queensland.
Our Director Craig Fox personally assisted with the first delivery of 650 gourmet meals to frontline health care workers across eight Gold Coast healthcare hubs.
“I am incredibly proud Wine & Dine’m can be part of this initiative and donate our time, effort and meals to the people who put themselves at risk every day to keep our community safe and healthy. It has also enabled us to welcome back members of our team to prepare those meals who had previously been stood down during this time.”
Last week, we provided 500 lunches to the healthcare workers at The Welsey Hospital and the response was phenomenal. Many organisations have followed suit in expressing an interest in donating or receiving food packages and we now invite both individuals and businesses to say thanks.
