After 15 years of collaboration, Wine & Dine’m Catering’s, Craig Fox and Grape Therapy’s Darren Davis have partnered to create Fortitude Valley’s newest wine bar and venue, Baedeker Bar. Constance streets swanky new bar (named after travel book publisher Karl Baedeker) encompasses the 1800’s travel journals, through décor, ambience, wine selection and food.
The unique establishment allows you to escape the bustle of Fortitude Valley and be whisked away to a worldly, eclectic bar to sip on some of the finest wines from Australia and around the world.
Appointed with a wine bar, multiple event space and a champagne garden, Baedeker Bar is unlike anything Brisbane has seen before.
