
On the 4th of June, Wine & Dine’m Catering helped Kimberley & Andrew celebrate their wedding day at Brisbane’s warehouse venue, Lightspace. Wine & Dine’m catered for 85 of their closest family and friends for a cocktail style reception. The menu included a range of hot & cold canapés, bigger bites & stand up plated items which allowed the guests to move around the venue and mingle as they pleased. The rainy Brisbane weather definitely didn’t dampen the beautiful celebrations!! Congratulations Kimberley & Andrew.
Cold Canapés:
Compressed melon, bresaola, wasabi crème, micro chive (gf)
Mechoui lamb, caraway carrot mousse, almond hummus, lavosh
Hot Canapés:
Crunchy pork belly, ginger beer lime glaze with apple compote (gf/df)
Creole spiced jambalaya arancini, bayou hot sauce (df)
Jamaican spiced chicken, jalapeno & pepper jack quesadilla
Tempura fried nori crusted XO tiger prawn, hibachi sauce (df)
Bigger Bites:
Buttermilk chicken brioche slider, ranch whip, pickled slaw
Peroni battered whiting, housemade old bay seasoned sweet potato chips, lime (df)
Stand Up Plated:
Thai red curry mac n cheese, lime & ginger
Slow braised beef cheek, garden pea gnocchi, confit grape tomatoes, merlot jus (gf/df)
