2016 is a wrap and what a year it was!! We’ve had a ball catering for all of our clients and can’t wait for what’s to come this year.
We saw the year in catering for some of our favourite bands at Falls Festival in the wee hours of January 1.
160 people have shared their special day with us, been in more boardrooms than Kerry Packer and even spent a few nights on Moreton beaches.
Our wait staff have been suited by Gucci, soaked by torrential rain, tanned under clear roof marquees and dressed as 1920’s gangsters.
We’ve catered for Tourism Australia’s VIP’s on a beach with food and wine sourced form each corner of our glorious continent (including some sheep’s cheese from Tassie), delivered quarter cut sandwiches to meetings throughout Brisbane and served enough coffee to keep a small town awake for 3 months
We fed a few thousand runners at the end of Bridge2Brisbane, science teachers from all across Australia for five days, the National Judge’s Conference, raised the roof for Hummingbird House and created a periodic table of desserts for the World Science Festival.
Our team of chefs made in excess of 400 000 individual canapés and a few gluten free ones as well.
The logistics team have delivered and collected more platters and glassware than they care to remember (in fact if you find one of our platters lying around, please let us know).
4 tonnes of kitchen waste have completed the cycle and become compost for our friends at The Mini Farm Project.
We hoped you enjoyed the festive season! Keep an eye out for some exciting new projects and ideas in 2017.
