Ensure Events Run to Schedule
Motivate & Lead a Team, while Improving Personal Development
Brief all FOH staff onsite prior to the event to ensure all team members are aware of their roles & responsibilities of the event
Delegate tasks to staff per event, ensuring impartiality, but evaluating staff abilities & progression
Work closely with the Front of House Manager, General Manager, Kitchen Manager & Events Management
Enforce Safe Food Handling Procedures
Enforce Company Health, Safety and Security Procedures
Regular reporting to FOH Manager regarding performance, staff suitability, highlighting success stories & addressing areas for improvement


Minimum 1-2 years experience in a senior FOH, Supervisor or Assistant Manager role within events, catering or hospitality
Experience leading teams in live event environments
Queensland Open Drivers Licence
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Strong understanding of canapé, cocktail and sit-down event service
Practical knowledge of food safety, dietary requirements and safe service practices
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
Willingness to learn, take feedback on board and develop leadership capacity
Availability Tuesday to Saturday, including day and evening shifts
High attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Excellent written and oral communication
Australian work rights are required for this position
